Introduction

my interest in photography dates to my first nikormat 35 SLR purchased while on R&R from vietnam in 1969.Since retiring from medical practice 2004, I have had the time to learn more digital photography and photoshop.My latest camera is Nikon D3.

I enjoy teaching what I've mastered, and actively learning eg.recently, panoramas, HDR, B/W digital darkroom. I have read extensively on photoshop eg. Ben Willmore, and general photography eg.Moose Peterson, Ang, George Shaub

  • Thanks Nick! Have you tried any night shots with your Fuji H10? I use a Fuji right now and...flat love it. I'm still trying to manage to wend my way around the Camera Club Website. Have no uploaded photos or anything. Sheila

  • Hey Nick...Well, after working dillegently for several nights to try to get good shots on the Ohio River, I opted to return the Canon point and shoot! Now I am saving to buy the new Sony alpha 55...It's a 3/4 technology, takes interchangeable lenses and weigh a good deal less than a regular SLR. I just need to get my hands on it to find out ... how it feels in my hands. Thanks for asking. Sheila
