Introduction

I have been using Photoshop for many years but have no formal training. I would like to be able to benefit from the collective knowledge of the group members and share any I may have if it is useful.

Are you just browsing through or do you plan on participating in some way?

I will participate if I can be of use to anyone

What version of Photoshop are you using now?

Version 7, but I am getting ready to upgrade to the latest version. Can anyone provide a suggestion for getting it at a reduced rate?

What is your level of expertise in Photoshop?

Well, I know all the basics and a few tricks, but it does so much that I haven't really used.

What do you use Photoshop for?

EVERYTHING! I edit photos, make advertisements, logos, and even create original graphic artwork.

What do you hope to learn or to contribute to this group?

Thanks for the greeting. I have not yet attended a meeting. I am terribly shy. I am interested in philosophy as well. Perhaps one day I will make it to a meetup event.
