Charles,
I am impressed. I see what you did and it looks pretty good. I never thought of approaching it from that perspective, but you pulled it off pretty well. Just curious, do you remember what your feather settings were when pasting the hair? Rick |

Use the Hue & Saturation layer to change the color of her hair. In the Adjustments Pallette (CS4, or use a Hue & Saturation Adjustment layer in CS3) hold the Shift key while dragging through the yellow area of her hair (you can drag the Hue slider to some garish color to make sure you have the whole area). Then adjust the Saturation and Brightness sliders to get the hair color you want (you can adjust the Hue slider to change the color altogether). This will color the entire image - so invert the mask to black and paint in the hair color with a soft edge brush and white. There you go.
