How do you remove the outside lines / halos from arms and such when placing an object on another photo so that it does not look look like a "cut out" and paste?

Elley on flowers. You can see the halo lines against the arms and under the arms making her skin look like it is glowing.

sometimes tracing the object that has been cut with soft brush and turn down the intensity to about 25-30 using the burn tool can help blend that line. Experiment with intensity and brush size, do this on its layer and you should see a big difference.
